Since opening in 1982, we have taken great pride in ensuring that where ever possible, we use the best, locally sourced ingredients and support our local suppliers. We believe that it is vitally important to know, not only where all our ingredients come from, but the welfare that it enjoyed. Our Chefs delight in making everything on the premises; so most dietary requirements can be met.
